Same card, same grade, same day: two PSA 10 copies of the 1990 Fleer #26 cleared at $809 and $800.

Two PSA 10 copies of the 1990-91 Fleer #26 Michael Jordan sold on eBay on Thursday, August 13, at $809 and $800. Both ran as open auctions, drawing 29 and 18 bids. This is RazMania’s report for that sales day, published late.

Why it matters

The 1990-91 Fleer Jordan is a junk-wax-era card, printed in volumes that make the raw copy close to worthless. In a PSA 10 holder it is a different asset entirely. Two separate auctions landing within a few dollars of each other on the same day is about as close as this hobby gets to a clean read on what that asset is worth right now.

By the numbers

  • $809 — the higher of the two PSA 10 copies, on 29 bids.
  • $800 — the second PSA 10 copy, on 18 bids.
  • $980 — a BGS 8 1987-88 Fleer #59 that took 45 bids, the most contested Jordan card of the day.

Zoom in

Thursday’s highest price was not an auction at all: a 1988-89 Fleer #17 listed at $1,069 and bought outright at 0 bids. The pattern repeats across the day — the cards with real bidding behind them clustered between $800 and $980, while the top price was a number one seller picked and one buyer accepted.

Reality check

  • We are quoting no comparable-sales multiple. The pool we pulled for a 1990 Fleer #26 ran $3.00 to $1,000.00 across 112 sales at an $18.47 median — that is the ungraded card and the graded card averaged together, and no premium calculated from it would mean anything.
  • Thursday was quiet. 23 qualifying single-card Jordan sales at a $399.99 median, against a $465 median across 147 sales over the trailing 90 days.
  • Two sales are two sales. They agree with each other, which is worth something, but they are not a market.

What's next

If you own a PSA 10 1990-91 Fleer #26, Thursday gives you two independent data points instead of one, which is more than most junk-wax Jordans offer in a week. Watch whether the next auction clears the same band — and see what Friday did in our August 14 report and the rest of our daily card-sale coverage.

How we track this

RazMania monitors completed eBay sales daily, filtering out multi-card lots, reprints, and cross-listed items to isolate genuine single-card sales. Prices are final sold prices. Comparable-sale medians are calculated from 147 verified sales over the trailing 90 days. eBay reports sold date, not sold time.
