The comparable-sales pull for a 1986 Fleer #57 returned 25 sales spread from $25.00 to $22,499.99 around a $6,323.00 median — a pool mixing raw copies, high-grade slabs and unrelated Fleer product. No premium can honestly be quoted off a baseline that wide, and a multiple measured against an asking price would be meaningless even if it could.
