RazMania measured 13 cards on their trailing 30-day median against the 60 days before it. 9 are up, 3 are down, and not one is down enough to call cold. The weakest reading on the board is a Fusion Strike Mew VMAX alt art at -9.9%.

Why it matters

We publish a cold-card piece on the premise that something is always out of favour. This week that premise is wrong, and saying so is more useful than dressing up a card that slipped a few percent. Of the 13 cards measured, 9 are up and the median move across the board is +13.8%. If you are hunting a discount right now, the honest read is that the graded blue chips are not offering one.

Reality check

Read the sample sizes before the percentages. The Mew sits on 5 recent sales, which is our floor and not a lot of conviction. The Wembanyama, by contrast, is 228 sales against 420 — that -0.6% is close to a real answer. We also cannot explain the two largest gainers, and one card we tested came back at -12% or +14% purely depending on how narrowly we queried it. That is why every card here is pinned to a specific card number and grade.

What's next

The board gets re-measured weekly. A cold card needs a 15% drop with sales behind it on both sides of the window, and this week nothing cleared it — the closest was -9.9%. For scale, we tracked 21,691 sales over $500 in the last full week, topped by a $576,350 Pokemon card. This is not a quiet market. It is simply not a falling one.

How we track this

RazMania monitors completed eBay sales daily, filtering out multi-card lots, reprints, and cross-listed items to isolate genuine single-card sales. Prices are final sold prices. Comparable-sale medians are calculated from 5813 verified sales over the trailing 90 days. eBay reports sold date, not sold time.
